1. Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Certain products such as lingerie and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of
your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business
days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., lingerie, swimwear, earrings)

- We will provide return instructions and a return address upon approval.
