At NewDressMatch.com, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item doesn't fit or you wish to try a different style, you may request an exchange, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact.
  • We do not accept exchanges for intimate wear, swimwear, or items marked as final sale.

2. How to Request an Exchange

  • Email us at support@newdressmatch.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
  • Specify the item you wish to exchange and the desired size or variant.
  • Our support team will guide you through the next steps and provide the return address if your exchange is approved.

3. Exchange Process & Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us unless the exchange is due to a defect or our error.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process and ship your exchange, usually within 3-5 business days.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we may offer you an alternative or a store credit.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a prompt exchange at no extra cost to you.

5. Additional Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our policy criteria.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
